Safe/Anonymous torrenting or as close as you can get

So there are many people for many reasons who can access certain media. This is due to the censorship law put in place to in a nut shell keep people stupid.
So lifehacker does a nice job of explaining it to people, a few methods that I dont feel like typing out that really work.

4chan's /t/ board did an amazing job at documenting there
faq into an image for people to use, well basicly to get people to shut up and just post torrents instead of questions.

Now theres also a nice little opensource program i like to use called peerblock. It control who "talks" to your computer. Youd be suprised to see what pops up in the main window for it.

Now onto the the torrent client, it fall into personal choice I like deluge, utorrent and transmission.
really it what you like and what ever lets you use magnet links and encrypt your stream.
